Web site Help
Login Issue
The PSC web site is designed so that you only need to login once to view PSC member information or to use the PSC discussion forum. You are required to login when you wish to view this information or to post messages to the forum. UserID's and passwords are created and assigned by the Ontario Pesticide Education Program. If you require addiotional help with your login account, you can:
- Use the email feature to send your passward to you via email ~ Found on the Login Page here
- Conact OPEP via email at opep@ridgetownc.uoguelph.ca or ~ Click here

Email Issue
The PSC web site is designed to send email via your web browser. You don't need an email client to send email from the PSC web site to any of the PSC members, however, you are required to have a return email address if you wish to be contacted via email. If you don't have an email address, you can include your mailing address or telephone number in your message. Alternativly, there are many web sites that offer free email address. Some of these sites include:

Admin function issue
If you encounter problems uploading or downloading documents, please consider some of the points below:
- How large is the document your are uploading/downloading? It might take a few moments depending on the size of the document and your Internet connection speed.
- Do you have the proper software program installed to view the document? In most cases, documents should be uploaded as Adobe PDF's. This a quick and easy way to distribute documents over the Internet. Adobe PDF files are small, easy to create and the PDF viewer is free to install from Adobe. The Adobe PDF viewer can be downloaded here. Free PDF creation software can be downloaded here.
- Do you have access to the upload/delete/rename a document page? Such features require additional security access in order to delete or rename an uploaded document. If you need help, please contact OPEP.
